Learn the basics of mutual fund investing for retirement, education and wealth creation with Janus Henderson.
When we purchase shares of companies for our funds, we have the same rights as other shareholders of those companies. One of those rights is to vote on issues that are important to the companies we own in our funds. Since we sometimes own large amounts of shares, we take this voting responsibility very seriously. To ensure you are well-informed about our decisions, proxy voting records are available as indicated below.
Each Fund's Board of Trustees has delegated to Janus Capital Management or the Fund's subadviser (INTECH® or Perkins) the authority to vote all proxies relating to a Fund's holdings in accordance with Janus Henderson Management's or the applicable subadviser's proxy voting policies and procedures.
